We employ a well-established, needs-based approach to all of our client problems that combines state-of-the-art technology with domain-specific knowledge. A typical encounter begins with a thorough understanding of customer needs and identification of the problem. Following initial consultation, a detailed cost proposal outlining our technical approach is submitted for approval. Most proposals are phased in nature and provide the customer with numerous funding options. Once a client relationship is established, a project manager and technical consultant are assigned to the account and work hand-in-hand with the client to assure total satisfaction. This phased, customer-centric approach is very flexible and has been very well received by our clients.
Maturity
Solipsys has formidable in-house experience in the design and application of scalable commercial and military communications and display products. Our staff includes the principal developers of the Navy's most advanced shipboard display and data fusion systems. We are presently applying our expertise to the design and development of display, communications, and analysis systems for the 21st Century. We have in-depth knowledge of leading-edge commercial technology and an extensive background in military legacy systems and operational objectives.
