Product Support Request

This form is for customers who have an existing support contract and are in need of product assistance.

  1. *= Required Field

¹ - Refers to the current version number that you are using of the product for which you are asking support.

² - Refers to the Customer ID that corresponds to your license. In order to determine your Customer ID and License Key:

TDF -  In the Main Menu, access Help->About. Your customer ID and License key will be displayed.

MSCT - From the MSCT home directory, enter the command "KEYINFO". Your Customer ID and License key will be displayed.

³ - Refers to the string of unique characters that determine the accessibility of that particular piece of software.
