This request must first be validated and authorized by a Government Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) or Program Office. An email will be sent on your behalf to the DOD TPOC identified in the form below, requesting TDF licenses for your program. Please contact your DOD program office to ensure receipt of request and timely delivery of the requested licenses.
