Field Support
At Raytheon Solipsys, we know it takes more than the creation of advanced technology and products to ensure customer success. Many customers require assistance with the design, installation and initial start-up of their systems. Raytheon Solipsys has a team of experienced and dedicated field support engineers and technicians to provide support. If follow on configuration changes or maintenance is needed, field support can be dispatched.
The Raytheon Solipsys engineers and technicians have installed and supported equipment at a variety of customer sites around the world from Australia to Europe. Raytheon Solipsys also has a tradition of sending the development engineers out in the field so your installation or modification will be made by the people who “wrote” the system. With experienced staff and full support of the developers, Raytheon Solipsys is able to install and repair systems in the shortest time possible.
Raytheon Solipsys Field Support has provided installation and support in the following areas:
- Ongoing support for deployed systems in non-combat areas
- Shipboard installations aboard a forward deployed expeditionary battle group
- Command post installations for military and civilian clients in Japan, Thailand, Korea and throughout the United States
- Equipment installation and maintenance aboard military aircraft
